ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Sarah!

A degree qualified clinical nutritionist (BHSc NutDMed) with a passion for women’s health.

Through navigating my own hormonal concerns I know first hand how frustrating and overwhelming it can be trying to find the right solution. Going to appointment after appointment and doing multiple tests only to be told everything is ‘fine’ or ‘normal’ but left still suffering with symptoms.

I want to offer you the space to be heard and voice your concerns, as I know what it’s like to feel lost and confused when it comes to hormonal health. I will work with you to create an achievable and realistic plan targeted towards your individual health and wellness goals, so that your symptoms can stop dictating your life and you can start feeling your best self.

I can’t wait to guide and support you on your health journey to a healthier, more balanced you!

how can a clinical nutritionist help?

A clinical nutritionist takes a holistic approach to healing, considering the whole person - mind, body and soul. Through assessing nutritional needs, lifestyle factors and analysing functional pathology, a tailored treatment plan will be created. This will include dietary and lifestyle advice, plus the addition of nutritional supplementation where required.

A clinical nutritionist focuses on supporting long term health and wellness, rather than a ‘quick fix’ solution. Providing a thorough consultation to dive deep and uncover the root cause of symptoms. Using an evidence based approach they focus on helping clients build sustainable habits that promote vitality and disease prevention.

Through education and ongoing support, a clinical nutritionist empowers individuals to make informed choices that enhance long term wellness and improve quality of life.
